Larissa Abruscato is an associate attorney at the Firm. In 1981, she received a Bachelor of Music in Education degree from Oberlin College, Conservatory of Music. In 1990, she earned a Juris Doctor degree from the prestigious University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Over the years, Ms. Abruscato has practiced in the areas of premises liability, construction defect and business litigation defense. She has argued before the California Court of Appeal on four occasions. Ms. Abruscato joined Bradley R. Kirk & Associates, Inc. in 2017 and since then has been practicing exclusively in the areas of Trust and Probate Litigation. Her practice focuses on trust and probate litigation, including legal disputes concerning trust and will contests, fiduciary accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and financial elder abuse.
