BRADLEY R. KIRK, B.A., J.D.

Mr. Kirk received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University in 1992. During law school, Mr. Kirk was an extern for the Honorable Pamela Ann Rymer of the United States Court of Appeal - Ninth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Kirk also published several articles as an associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, and he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts which is awarded to the student with the highest grade in the class.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Kirk practiced corporate and real estate law for two years at the international law firm of Morrison & Foerster. Mr. Kirk also served as a member of the Orange County Bar Association Ethics Committee for several years and authored an ethics opinion published in the California Compendium of Professional Responsibility.

Mr. Kirk’s practice is focused on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Probate, Trust/Probate Litigation and General Litigation.


JACOB C. DEVILLIERS, B.A., J.D.  

Jacob  DeVilliers graduated in 1989 with a B.Juris degree in law from the University of Port Elizabeth in Pretoria, South Africa. He then earned an advanced LLB degree in law, after which he obtained a masters degree in corporate law from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. 

From 1995-1998, Mr. DeVilliers ran his own general practice law office in Pretoria. He joined Bradley R. Kirk & Associates, Inc. in 2001 and is currently an associate attorney for the firm. Mr. DeVillier’s practice concentrates on Probate, Trust Administration, and Trust/Probate Litigation.
